Abu Dhabi National Co. For Building Materials announced that the Abu Dhabi Commercial Court issued a judgment on 22 July 2026 in case 425/2026, dismissing the lawsuit filed by Omran Sultan Matar Al Hallami. The claim involved AED 33mln for obligation and compensation. The plaintiff was ordered to bear all costs, court fees, and attorneys' fees. The company stated there will be no material adverse financial impact from this judgment.

Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (BILDCO) completed the acquisition of a 50% stake in A G General Trading Foodstuff L.L.C., Abu Dhabi, effective 17/07/2026, after meeting all legal and regulatory requirements. This follows a Memorandum of Understanding announced on 30/06/2026. BILDCO now holds 50% of the company, which supplies and distributes food products to government and private sector entities in Abu Dhabi.

Termination of the Memorandum of Understanding
